This half-day experience starts with a tour of the original 1851 family homestead before leading through the Elm Walkway to the barrel cellar, distillery and underground blending cellar. A private tasting of the Paramount Collection and century-old Para Vintage Tawny takes place in the trophy cellar.
For a truly memorable tasting experience, guests may taste their birth year port directly from the barrel. A walk alongside the world’s longest lineage of single vintage wines in the Centenary Cellar is a wrap.
