With a glass of Mumm Champagne in-hand, tour the Kitchen Garden hosted by St Hugo’s Executive Chef and learn about the inner workings of the carefully tended grounds while picking seasonal produce to be used in the preparation of lunch.
Afterwards, take a seat at the best spot in the house, at St Hugo’s open kitchen with a full view of the chefs at work. Enjoy a ‘hard earned’ lunch accompanied by fine St Hugo wines, matched to each course by the cellar door hosts.
