  • How long is the dinner service?

    Bookings at Appellation are welcomed from 6pm to 9pm daily and guests can expect the dinner service to unfold over approximately two hours.

  • Are beverages included?

    Wines are not included in the tasting menu price of $175 per person. Guests may enhance their experience with a curated wine pairing for an additional $75 per person, or explore the Appellation cellar and select a bottle to enjoy, charged on consumption.

  • Do you cater for dietary requirements?

    Yes. With advance notice at the time of reservation, our chefs will do their best to tailor the menu to your dietary needs while ensuring you can enjoy a diverse range of premium regional produce.

    If notice is not provided, we will endeavour to prepare a suitable meal with the ingredients available. Please note we are unable to accommodate meals requiring strict religious observance in their preparation.
