Day 1 Welcome
Arrive at The Louise to a warm welcome. Make yourself at home, check in to your luxury suite and discover the lodge’s shared convivial spaces, all with a view to the Barossa’s rolling vineyards.

Day 1 Afternoon
Explore the nearby historic Seppeltsfield estate, stroll among century-old barrels of signature tawny port, and taste your birth-year port straight from the barrel or sample a 100-year-old vintage.

Day 1 Evening
On the return to The Louise, stop at Seppeltsfield Road Distillers and enjoy a flight of small-batch gins, including the signature gin featured in the lodge’s evening G&Ts and premium cocktails.

Day 2 Morning
Weather permitting, rise early for a hot-air balloon adventure over the Barossa Valley, admiring its patchwork of farms and vineyards as the sun rises, with views stretching all the way to the ocean.

Day 2 Afternoon
Visit Australian food icon Maggie Beer’s farm and restaurant, The Eatery, and join a hands-on cooking class in the purpose-built kitchen. Using the Barossa’s finest produce, create and enjoy a delicious lunch.

Day 2 Evening
