Three75 Bar + Kitchen is a cocktail bar with Barossa’s best views, co-located at The Louise luxury culinary retreat. We’re famous for a wickedly delicious menu of comfort food ranging from SA’s best burgers to supercharged vegan dishes and we’re looking for someone to join the team. You’ll need to be experienced in running a fast pass, happy to get creative with seasonal ingredients and enjoy tweaking the flavour volume to high. This role will suit someone who’s ready to step up and out of the great waitstaff pool, and take their career to the next level in a boutique culinary program.
