The Louise is the Barossa Valley’s premium executive and small meeting destination, combining private boardroom, comfortable leather seating and advanced IT and AV facilities with luxurious accommodation and one of Australia’s finest regional dining experiences.

The boardroom space is optimal for small groups from 6 to 16 participants, including assistants, presenters and observers the boardroom may accommodate a maximum of 30 people. Casual pre-function courtyard and breakout private vineyard-view terrace spaces adjoin the meeting room.

Appellation offers fresh, seasonal cuisine for casually elegant dining every evening. An extensive wine list presents the best of the Barossa, Australia and iconic wines of the world. State of the art AV and IT equipment is provided including ceiling mounted data projector, motorised screen, high speed internet access, DVD player, CD player, electronic whiteboard and flipcharts. A unique feature of our boardroom is a full-height, full-width writeable whiteboard across one wall of the room. The capability allows complex ideas to be interactively developed and communicated to participants.
